Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligible Customers: GB residents age 18+ who purchase a Qualifying Product(s) during the Promotional Period from a Participating Retailer. Independent Avon Representatives may participate with purchases for personal consumer use. Eligible Customers excludes employees, and directors of The Promoter, their spouses and direct family members, The Promoter’s agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. A valid email address and internet access are required to claim and redeem the Offer and/or the Prize.
  3. The Offer:
    (1)  Eligible Customers may claim a £50 lastminute.com Flight+Hotel gift card (“the Offer”) for each Qualifying Product purchased during the Promotional Period.   
    (2) A maximum number of 10 (ten) claims may be made for the Offer per Eligible Customer regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased.
    (3) Where a Qualifying Purchase is made as part of a bundle or multi-set, each unit within the bundle or multi-set will be eligible for one gift card and one entry into the Prize Draw, subject to Clause 3.2 above.
    (3) Only one gift card may be used per booking and all bookings must be made at lastminute.com.
    (4) The £50 gift card is valid for 12 months and must be used to make a booking by the expiry date. Bookings may include a departure date which occurs after this date.
    (5) Gift cards may be used only to make a booking for a Flight+Hotel package at lastminute.com.

  4. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of claims and Prize Draw entries and to disqualify any claims or Prize Draw entries without notice if they have reason to believe the entry is not valid or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  5. Promotional Period: 21.05.25-31.08.25 in participating Superdrug stores and at superdrug.com; 01.06.25-31.08.25 from avon.uk.com, shopwithmyrep.co.uk, AVON UK   Independent Avon Representative, at amazon.co.uk or from the official AVON UK TikTok shop.
  6. Qualifying Products (whether purchased as individual units or within bundles or multi-sets):

  7. Participating Retailers: Superdrug stores in the United Kingdom; superdrug.com; avon.uk.com; shopwithmyrep.co.uk; amazon.co.uk; Avon Distributor Stores; Official UK Avon TikTok Shop in the UK;  UK AVON Independent Avon Representatives.
  8. Prize Draw:
    (1) Eligible Customers will be entered into the Prize Draw for a chance to win a £10,000 lastminute.com gift card (“the Prize”). 
    (2) The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the Prize Winner is an Eligible Customer.
    (3) It is the Prize Winner’s responsibility to ensure that their email address and any other contact details provided are correct to claim the Prize.
    (4)  Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a Prize Winner failing to claim the Prize in the specified timeframe or for failing to provide accurate information which affects acceptance, claim or delivery of the Prize.
    (5) The Promoter and the Administrator reserve their right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of their control.
    (6) The Promoter’s decision relating to the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision
     (7) All bookings made using the Prize must be made by the Prize winner and the Prize winner must be a traveller in the booking(s) made.
    (8) The surname and county of residence of the Prize winner will be made available on request. The Prize winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published by submitting their objection to [email protected] within 14 (fourteen) days of the initial Prize winner Notification email date. Without prejudice to a Prize winner’s right to object, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  9. Prize Draw Date: The Prize Draw will take place no later than 10 October 2025, using a computerised process to randomly select the Prize Winner.
  10. The Prize:
    (1)     The Prize is a single £10,000.00 value (ten thousand pounds) lastminute.com gift card.
    (2) The Prize is valid until 31 December 2026, after which it will expire and can no longer be used.
    (3) The Prize may be used  against a booking or bookings for a Flight+Hotel package or accommodations at lastminute.com.  Services which require payment to be made to a third party on arrival are excluded.  Other exclusions and conditions apply – full terms available here.
    (4) The Prize may be used as full or part payment for bookings made by 31.12.26, including for bookings where the departure date is after 31.12.2026.
    (5) It is the Prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that they and any other persons travelling under any bookings made with lastminute.com, including any bookings using the Prize, comply with any requirements relating to visas, vaccinations, passports and any other travel requirements.
  11. Prize Draw winner Notification:
    (1)  The Prize winner will be notified to the email address provided on 10 October 2025 and will include the Administrator’s contact details to claim the Prize.
    (2) If the Prize Winner does not respond within fourteen days, a second email will be sent by the Administrator.  If the Prize winner does not then respond within thirty days, they will forfeit the Prize and a new Prize winner will be drawn following the same process.
  12. Restriction of number of claims for the Offer and Prize Draw entries: A maximum of 10 (ten) gift cards and a maximum of 10 (ten) Prize Draw entries will apply for each Eligible Customer even if the number of Qualifying Purchases exceeds 10 (ten).
  13. How to claim the Offer when purchasing from Avon.uk.com , shopwithmyrep.co.uk, ,Independent Avon Representative or TikTok:
    (1) Go to avonwinaholiday.com by 30.09.25 by 23:59 BST.  No claims for the Offer or Prize Draw entries can be accepted after this date.
    (2) Select the “Already have a Code” option and follow the instructions
    ( 3) A unique e-gift card pin code is required for each gift card claim.                                                        (4)You will receive one e-gift card pin code Qualifying Product purchased.  This e-gift card pin code can be found on the holiday savings code card included in your order.  If you have not received your holiday savings code card, please contact AVON directly or your AVON Independent Avon Representative.            (5) Once/if validated Eligible Customers will receive a unique e-gift pin code, sent to the email address provided within 5 (five) working days and a link to claim the Offer.
    (6) The e-gift pin code is valid until 31.10.25 and may not be used after that date.
    (7) The lastminute.com £50 Gift Card Voucher must be claimed by 31.10.25 and is valid for 12 months from issue.

  14. How to claim the Offer when purchasing from Superdrug, Avon Distributor Stores or directly from amazon.co.uk
    (1) Go to avonwinaholiday.com.
    (2) Select the “I do not have a code” option.
    (3) A unique e-gift card pin code is required for each gift card claim.
    (3) Upload your proof of purchase by 30.09.25 BY 23:59 BTS.  Proof of purchase received after this date will not be accepted, the Offer cannot be claimed and no Prize Draw entry will be made.
    (4) Proof of purchase will be validated against the following criteria:
          Purchase date is within the Promotional Period
          Qualifying Product(s) have been purchased
          Qualifying Product has been purchased from a Participating Retailer
          It is fully legible and undamaged and it is genuine
    (5) Once/if validated Eligible Customers will receive a unique e-gift pin code, sent to the email address provided within 5 (five) working days and a link to claim the Offer.
    (6) The e-gift pin code is valid until 31.10.25 and may not be used after that date.
    (7) The lastminute.com £50 Gift Card Voucher must be claimed by 31.10.25 and is valid for 12 months from issue.

  15. All claims and entries must be made by Eligible Customers only. Bulk claims from trade, consumer groups or third parties and/or claims made by any automated means will not be accepted, likewise any claims that are made using a computer or computers to circumvent these terms and conditions (for example – including but not limited to - creating and submitting an invalid proof of purchase,  the use of script, brute force and masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities which are not their own or any other automated means to increase the number of claims) are not valid and will not be accepted. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to investigate any such claims and to take any reasonable remedial action against any such claims.
  16. The Promoter, the Administrator and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  17. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations (joint or individual) where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control; such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure and reserve their right to terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in any such event. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if travel would be contrary to UK Foreign Office advice, or if circumstances arise outside of its control that prevent the implementation of the Prize.
  18. Your details will be used by the Administrator for the purposes of processing claims and operating the Prize Draw only, unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions and will not be retained by the Administrator for more than 30 (thirty) days after the promotion has ended and the Prize Winner has been notified.
  19. Claims or entries that are delivered late or incomplete or damaged claims or claims that cannot be made due to provision of an incorrect email address or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Neither the Promoter or Administrator accepts responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or unreceived entries, winner notifications or Prize(s). Neither the Promoter or the Administrator will be responsible for the non-inclusion of claims or Prize Draw entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or the Administrator.
  20. The surname and county of residence of the Prize Winner will be made available on request. The Prize Winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published by submitting their objection to [email protected] within 14 (fourteen) days of the Prize Winner Notification date. Without prejudice to a Prize winner’s right to object, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  21. The entry instructions form part of these terms, and any entry is subject to these terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions, and any further terms and conditions relating to the Prize. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in any promotional material, these terms and conditions will prevail.   .
